A Letter from Chef Christa

Dear Artisan’s Palate Community,

The past several months have been unlike anything any of us has ever experienced and we’re still processing how this has affected the world. As a new business, as a small business, we knew this would not be easy. We’ve spent the last couple of months planting seeds for our future, re-assessing, testing recipes, and looking at how to improve and grow. We’re working hard to evolve so we can continue to show up in a meaningful way for you, our community, and our employees.
On behalf of the entire team at The Artisan’s Palate, we’d like to take a moment to say thank you for your continued loyalty and support. The emails, calls, and social media messages we have received mean more than you know. We want to continue to offer you the service and convenience you are accustomed to, even if it may look a little different than it has in the past.
With that said, we wanted to announce that The Artisan’s Palate will be reopening Tuesday, May 26 at 8 a.m. Details on how that will look will be coming via social media, so please keep an eye out for that information. We look forward to serving you in new ways, whether that’s through adding unique take out options, wine bottle service, or contactless order pickup. Your health is our priority and through that lens, we make every decision.
We want to be sure we are thoughtful in the reopening of our space, and that we’re creating an environment that’s safe for everyone and where you will feel comfortable. To do that, we’re making updates to the way we serve you which include:
  • Providing face coverings for employees.
  • Taking steps to allow for social distancing of six feet or more, including limiting the number of employees and customers in the establishment.
  • Increasing cleaning and sanitization.
  • Offering contactless curbside services as well as in-house offerings (with restrictions).
  • Pausing and/or adapting our high-touch services and customer events.
  • Adding outdoor seating with necessary social distancing of six feet or more.
  • Altering hours of operation
  • Abiding by our state’s capacity restrictions.
For the most up-to-date information on our reopening, details on how we’re making our space safe for you, and ways we’re supporting our employees and communities through this global crisis, please check our Instagram and Facebook pages.
Again, thank you for your continued loyalty. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Stay well,
Chef Christa
